Electric ball valve (English name: Electronic Ball Valve) consists of an electric actuator and a Ball Valve. It is a kind of pipeline pressure element for industrial automation process control, usually used for remote opening and closing (connecting and cutting off medium) control of pipeline medium. The electric ball valve standard GB/T21465-2008 Valve Terminology defines as a valve whose opening and closing parts (ball) are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and it can also be used to adjust and control the fluid. The hard seal V-ball valve has a strong shear force between its V-ball core and the metal valve seat of hardfacing carbide, especially suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, etc. The electric ball valve is divided into electric flange ball valve, electric wafer ball valve, electric welding ball valve, and electric threaded ball valve. According to the sealing form, it can also be divided into soft seal electric ball valve and hard seal electric ball valve.
